I needed an emergency battery replacement. Service squeezed me in and Jeff made sure that I was kept up to date with the progress. When I couldn't understand why it was taking so long Jeff brought me squeezed me in and Jeff made sure that I was kept up to date with the progress. When I couldn't understand why it was taking so long Jeff brought me back to my car so that I could see why. I have a Mini Cooper and the battery replacement was complicated. Jeff was great at fixing a communication problem with my Technician and getting my car started. More

I got the deal I wanted and the car but the sales person lack professionalism and adequate training. Sales person provided false and misleading information and grabbed paper from hand and left sensitive cus lack professionalism and adequate training. Sales person provided false and misleading information and grabbed paper from hand and left sensitive customer info like social security number and driver's license info exposed and unsafe. If sakes person is to continue to be employed at the dealership than urgent training required. Dealership are to train employees about honest and forth coming with customer and properly guard and or disposed of buyer's private information! More
