Yonkers KIA is terrible. I brought my car for service, and someone stole the loose change I had in my dash. Deplorable. I did have a great experience when I brought in a leased vehicle. They took care of the return fee, then they decided to change the deal and then I received a bill for the fee, that was $400. Ridiculous. Then I discovered that the vehicle (Hyundai) I brought back was lost by Yonkers KIA. Yes, LOST!. I was bombarded to the point of harassment by Hyundai to find the vehicle. So a year after I leased a car from Yonkers KIA, I had to find the previous vehicle, terrible. Yonkers KIA had no idea where the car was until I forced them to look through the paper work. Once discovered, it was then made aware that when they said they would "finish the payments" left on the lease, they didn't do that either. So from July 2019-September 2020, the car was not in my possession - remember at one point it was lost - I leased a vehicle from Yonkers KIA and now the Hyundai I had before has all kinds of damage. Damage that was not there before. So in between that year the vehicle was in a lot, in a garage, or somewhere where it was not maintained and now I'm supposed to cover the damage? They are trying to hide the fact that they lost the vehicle and while it was in their possession it accrued that damage. This whole experience is nauseating. I will never recommend anyone to this location. NEVER! I hope everyone who is thinking about going there reads this, and if you do read this and go there for service hide the change in your car. More

From the first time I visited the dealership, Tony was up front and honest with me of the buying process and how it may be delayed because of the DMV not being in full operation and I truly appreciated that. They worked with me, listened to my concerns and requests and honored them, which built my trust that sealed the deal. Tony kept me updated during the entire process from start to finish. I always service my car @ Yonkers Kia. The staff are all wonderful, warm and very knowledgeable. They make the waiting period enjoyable with two areas of waiting with television, coffee, tea and bagels. Yon wonderful, warm and very knowledgeable.
