Above and beyond customer service!! The Kia in Yonkers was my knight in shining armor! I was driving on the highway when my rear tire blew. The flat could not be repair by roadside assis The Kia in Yonkers was my knight in shining armor! I was driving on the highway when my rear tire blew. The flat could not be repair by roadside assistance because of a misplaced wheel lock, and so I asked to be towed to the nearest Kia. We pulled in at exactly 7pm (their closing time). The staff went above and beyond to replace my tire. They stayed open late and the manager turned around and drove back to the dealer to unlock the storage area of replacement tires. Words cannot express how grateful I am for Tony Ramos, Alex Zapata and Steve. Thank you all so much!! More
