I had put a deposit on the vehicle and in the time of the deposit my vehicle was in the possession of another driver. I was told they were waiting for a title from the lease however I don't believe this. I h deposit my vehicle was in the possession of another driver. I was told they were waiting for a title from the lease however I don't believe this. I had found a sandwich wrapper with the date that was from a deli in fishkill NY with the date of 1/28. The wrapper was under my seat. The car also had scratches in the front left and a dent on the trunk. Also was never offered to test drive the vehicle. More

My experience was excellent. I was taken immediately when I dropped off my car, picked up quickly by a very nice Lyft driver and home within 20 minutes of dropping my car off. Wh I was taken immediately when I dropped off my car, picked up quickly by a very nice Lyft driver and home within 20 minutes of dropping my car off. When I came to pick up my car, I was back out and in my car (cleaned beautifully) within 5 minutes. I can't say enough about the service department at this dealership! More
