Based on our initial interaction, I knew that he would provide excellent customer service. As we discussed what I was looking for, Levi listened and educated me about cars and my options, without forcing a sale on me. It can be very intimidating for women to encounter car salesmen, as many of us are not well versed in the area of cars; however, Levi made both me and my mom feel comfortable and confident throughout my car purchasing experience. On that beautiful Saturday afternoon, I drove home in a brand new 2020 Kia Sportage. I not only upgraded my vehicle, I took a step out of the box and selected a color that I normally would not have purchased. I would not have done that without Levi's encouragement. With all that being said, I love my new car! They say the third time is always a charm and Levi has proven that statement to be true. Thank you for such amazing customer service.
