Leased a new Kia Sorento I had a very positive experience with Yonkers Kia. I was able to easily access their online inventory and find the Sorento that I wanted. Due to the circumstances with Covid, most communication was online or over the phone. The agent I worked with, Saad, was friendly, easy to work with and responded promptly to me whenever I asked him a question. The best part was that my car was delivered right to my driveway without me ever having to go to the dealership! More

Be careful about getting service here. I went in Friday May 8, 2020 for an oil change. My husband convinced me to have it done again at this site. Even after the 1st incident with the over filling of an oi May 8, 2020 for an oil change. My husband convinced me to have it done again at this site. Even after the 1st incident with the over filling of an oil change & my tires not being bolted down correctly after a tire rotation. But truth be told, same issue happen again. Oil was spilled all over my engine cover as well as other parts. This only shows the work ethics of the mechanics at this dealership. Which is, they don’t care how the work is done, as long as it gets done. As far as us working with the service department, Jermaine was the only reason we went back. His work ethics, mannerisms, him listening & always being respectful. More

Had a few Horrible experiences everytime I go to the dealership they give me nothing but problems not a happy customer had to call warranty company myself to find out that they my car has basically the dealership they give me nothing but problems not a happy customer had to call warranty company myself to find out that they my car has basically the base of the base and warranty meaning they dont cover a thing but was told the car has bumper to bumper warranty and that I wouldnt have to come out of pocket yet everytime ingo I have to pay for everything More
