We saw a 2007 Mazda Miata advertised for sale on Autotrader.com for sale at Yonkers Kia in New York for $6598 . We spoke to Abigale who sent us better pictures of the car. We told her we were 4 hour Autotrader.com for sale at Yonkers Kia in New York for $6598 . We spoke to Abigale who sent us better pictures of the car. We told her we were 4 hours away and worried about the condition of the car. She assured us that there were not any problems and if there were they would take care of them. She also gave us their web address which we went to and saw more pictures. The price was $6598 on their website as well. She then gave us a used car salesman to deal with Julio Grullon. He even said the price was very good and encouraged a customer to put a deposit on it which test drove it and they did not. We put a deposit on the car 1/08/20 to hold the car until we could drive the 4 hour trip on saturday 1/11/20. He took our deposit to hold the car.We rented a trailer paid various tolls to get there. They had changed the price on both websites to $7500. He clearly new the price however denied it. I showed him on my phone their website with the price $6598. He then flipped through my phone and backed out of their website. When I put stock # in the new price $7500 showed up.I asked to speak with his manager Sal Mayorga. Sal then admitted the price was what we said. We told him the things we noticed wrong with the car. Sal then said this car is for sale as is and were not going to fix it. He offered a hundred dollar discount . This is clearly not what Abigale told us, she said they would fix anything that was wrong. Yonkers Kia Lied to us and tried to commit fraud. We wasted 9 hours of our time on saturday, trailer rental, tolls and fuel to be treated like this. We left without the car. I do not trust these people. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. More
