John in the service Dept. took the time to call my extended warranty company to find out what part of the service the went to get done was correctly. Yonkers Kia Good service I went to get my car service due to that my 2019 sorento had battery problems. Kia Company refer me to go to yonkers Kia because it was closer to my I went to get my car service due to that my 2019 sorento had battery problems. Kia Company refer me to go to yonkers Kia because it was closer to my home address. I really appreciated that I decided to go to this dealer. The attention to my car problem was address by the service advisor and explained to me the process. All was handle without any issues and the battery for whatever reason was defective and Kia replaced under warranty. More

I went to an oil change on my 2016 kia sorento they spilled oil all over my engine and over filled my oil in my sorento the last oil change I got the car a tire rotation did not bolt on my back wheel o spilled oil all over my engine and over filled my oil in my sorento the last oil change I got the car a tire rotation did not bolt on my back wheel only one bolt was on tight tire almost came off and they also over filled my oil I called up to speak to someone they take messages never call back its the people woring on the cars that are messing the jobs up More

Be careful about getting service here. I went in Friday May 8, 2020 for an oil change. My husband convinced me to have it done again at this site. Even after the 1st incident with the over filling of an oi May 8, 2020 for an oil change. My husband convinced me to have it done again at this site. Even after the 1st incident with the over filling of an oil change & my tires not being bolted down correctly after a tire rotation. But truth be told, same issue happen again. Oil was spilled all over my engine cover as well as other parts. This only shows the work ethics of the mechanics at this dealership. Which is, they don’t care how the work is done, as long as it gets done. As far as us working with the service department, Jermaine was the only reason we went back. His work ethics, mannerisms, him listening & always being respectful. More
