I was going to purchase a car from the Bronx Kia however, I was won over by this dealership because they sent an uber for me just for my business. The customer service seemed highly personalized and customized to my needs. I did have a scratch in my newly purchased vehicle unbeknownst to me. They took care of it as soon as this was discovered and I've been in love with my vehicle ever since. I would say, that in the future, they need to 'fine tooth comb' inspect the vehicles before selling them and in addition, the finance department should work in tandem with the sales rep in regards of expected retail and finance costs before entering the office. More
