It was my first time at Yonkers Kia. The place is a bit small but I was able to find a seat while I waited. However, when those 2 hours were up, I followed up with the representative and she wanted to know if I wanted additional work done o. My car. The problem, why am I being informed about additional work when my car should be finished. And when I said no, I had to wait an additional hour and 30 mins to get my car. More
Horrific. The Service Department is the absolute worse. It took them 5 hours to do an oil change on my car. I called twice around 12 to follow up with my car and was told that (Darlene) who was responsible for my car, left early that day so all of her orders got put on someone else. They put my car to the side and when I decided to just show up at 2pm it was magically ready. It’s not the customers fault that someone had to go home. If I knew it was going to take 5 hours to do an oil change I would’ve never made an appointment with Kia. Then to top it all off, I get there and all three attendees at the front are stuffing their faces with food and coffee. No care in world, my car was done and none of them bothered to call me. I’m down to the final steps of getting the car back and the lady that takes care of me says to me “did Darlyn explain to you they inputted your contract wrong? after this service you’ll have to pay for any maintenance being done to the car” I was in such shock because that’s not my problem either, when I got that car the “contract” was for everything to be covered. I really do hate going in there to do my maintenance they make everything difficult. 20 people cramped in a small room with Covid waiting for a car. Everything they do there is backwards and incomplete. I’m seriously debating on wether or not I should lease again with them once my time is up for this car. More

I had to return to correct bumper attachments that were not done properly and were not disclosed, although final payment requested and made. Upon return, service could not be done. It was my discovery after leaving Yonkers KIA that the adjustment of bumper to the body was not done correctly, requiring me to return to Yonkers KIA. Extremely poor service by the service department, especially allowing the customer, after final payment, to believe the work completed. More
