Poor communication with Service Dept and Service Manager and Fleet Advisor . Only 2 calls in a 6 week period and , They had my Jeep holding for parts.. I ask specifically if the problem is fixed , He flat and Fleet Advisor . Only 2 calls in a 6 week period and , They had my Jeep holding for parts.. They really do have talented mechanics. I was kept up-to-date by my customer service representative Joshua. He was outstanding.
