I already tried talking to someone at York jeep. My service advisor won't even return my calls so they sent me to another advisor that didnt have anything to do with my car and i tried explaining the problem and he just kept telling me that i would be charged 190.00 for them to check the problem. They should of checked everything before i got the car back. If they would i test drove the car after being fixed that may have found the problem so i dont think they even drove it. I tried getting ahold of the service manager but no luck. I am not happy with the dealership at all.

I talked to Service manager and there is no help. So i will never take mycar there again. Very rude. No good rating to York. They told me that my mechanic didnt know what he was talking about. I trust my mechanic more than anybody at york. I guess cause im a woman they think i dont know what im talking about. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. This dealership just lost a customer.

Unfortunately, we did not diagnose your vehicle we only installed a part that you purchased at the request of your mechanic and it did not fix the problem.

I believe my mechanic so maybe the part you ordered was bad. So there should be a warranty on that part i would think since the part was 1663.00.
