I live 2hrs away and was stuck at the airport with a car that wouldn’t start. Morgan was so nice when I called and said yes they would absolutely look at my car. They looked at it the next day, kept in contact with me, sent me a very comprehensive report and I chose what services I wanted them to perform. CS is my profession and they get 5 stars ⭐️ all day!!! They had my car done on Tuesday and I couldn’t get it until Friday and they were very accommodating. More

My issues have not been resolved and I keep being told that the issues are normal and I’ve driven other jeeps exactly like mine with no issues! It’s frustrating to buy a $60,000 vehicle and you want every that the issues are normal and I’ve driven other jeeps exactly like mine with no issues! It’s frustrating to buy a $60,000 vehicle and you want everything to work and it doesn’t! I feel like jeep should be reaching out to Chrysler to make this right and that is not being done. I’ve bought 7 jeeps 6 of them brand new. These issues are making me want to switch vehicles all together. More
