The only recommendation I would have is to provide loaner vehicles for any warranty work that’s being performed. Many other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past have done this and the customers are very appreciative with minimal expense to the dealership. Terrible time trying to get paint issue taken care of . Pictures were lost 3 times and claim cancelled 3 times .
