I made an appointment to have an electric trailer control unit installed. I was there at 0830 am. Dropped of and requested a rental vehicle. I was told they didn't have any and that I had to request one at t unit installed. I was there at 0830 am. Dropped of and requested a rental vehicle. I was told they didn't have any and that I had to request one at the time the appointment was made. I was never informed of this at the time of purchase. At 1130 am I received a call from the dealer. I was informed that the job couldn't done because they didn't have the part in stock. I was also notified that the part would not be available until late October 2020. I do need to add that the sales manager made arrangements for a vehicle for me to drive while my truck was not being serviced. You would think that someone would have check for part availability. I was also notified by a sales person, not the manager, that this is a ongoing problem in the service department. To say the least I am not happy, 4 hours down the drain. Now I have to do it again one day in the future. More

He had a vast amount of knowledge about the Jeep Wrangler and allowed me to check it out on my own stating he would be available to answer any questions I had. I deeply appreciated this type of no pressure buying experience. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, that same friendly service continued with the Finance Director, Dan Zurich. The entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. On Monday two days after purchasing the vehicle, I had already received an email from Tommy Moy welcoming me to the York Dealership family and I received a call to set up the installation of the running boards I had ordered for the vehicle.
