I was told my car wasn't looked at because the technician was on vacation. I only got a loaner car after complaining to the GM Dallin. He asked Connor why I didn't receive one for so long and Connor acted as though he knew nothing about my situation to save face in front of the GM. To top it off, I spent almost $6k to repair my car and this dealership doesn't have my correct name and they put an address that is not even closely affiliated with mine. Awful business all around. More

Trey, tanner, and Larry in service are amazing. Hands down, the absolute best service we have ever had. We had dropped our car off for a motor replacement and we were told that is was going to take Hands down, the absolute best service we have ever had. We had dropped our car off for a motor replacement and we were told that is was going to take a while to get the motor replaced so we knew going into it that it was going to be at the dealer for a few months. They explained everything upfront so we were never caught off guard. The motor replacement situation took about 2 months to get completely done. While it was sitting on the lot, the paint had dirt and dust sitting on it and while baking in the sun, the paint oxidized and faded. Without any hesitation, tanner and trey said they would take care of it. They had their detail team buff, polish, and put a clear coat protection on the whole car. We didn’t have to ask them to do this. They felt like it was the right thing to do and we couldn’t be more impressed with how they treated us and the whole situation. These guys are seriously amazing. Now we have a car with a brand new motor with a longer warranty and we couldn’t be happier with the work done and the service provided. Thanks again again guys! More

Terrible experience and unethical. We are looking for a specific vehicle and were told there was one there we could test drive. We drove an hour each way and half a tank of gas (at $5+ We are looking for a specific vehicle and were told there was one there we could test drive. We drove an hour each way and half a tank of gas (at $5+ per gallon) to be told there was not one there and that they can't even be ordered right now. What a joke! They didn't seem to care that we were lied to or that we would never buy a car from them. I guess when people are lining up to buy cars customer service gets flushed down the toilet. Completely disgusted! More
My daughter bought a car and it’s been the worst experience ever. She had issues with her application and had to redo everything. Sales guy Mark ‘accidentally’ sent text to her instead of co-worker saying ‘she’s driving me crazy. She’s mad at me that the parts took a while’ No Mark!! she was frustrated at the fact no one would tell her the status, she was frustrated for not getting a straight answer, she was frustrated because it’s taking so long and she repeatedly asked if the other issues had been looked at and you never responded. Sending a text saying she’s driving me crazy then trying to make up saying sorry wrong customer. If that’s how you talk about your customers. SHAME on you!!! More

I spent over $40,000 on a certified pre-owned electric vehicle. They told me that the prior owner took the charging cable, and that I would have to replace it on my own. They also sold me the car with 50 vehicle. They told me that the prior owner took the charging cable, and that I would have to replace it on my own. They also sold me the car with 50 mi worth of battery charge (equivalent to selling a gas car with an empty gas tank). Luckily, the finance person recognized that selling an electric car without a way to charge it was ridiculous and he did rectify the problem. What was most irritating was that I later found out that the car was registered to the salesperson (Mason), so the "prior owner" who took the cord was him. Lastly, they told me they could sell me a level two charger at "cost" for $750. A quick Google search revealed that this is hardly the price at cost. The car is great, but this is a dishonest dealership. I would specifically avoid buying from Mason (Another review specifically questions Mason's honesty suggesting consistent behavior). More
I'm only giving this 1 star because of the Service Department. I have not worked with Young KIA sales, so I cannot speak to their level of service or lack of service. However, the service department at Young KIA has a lot to be desired. Their communication is terrible, both amongst their staff and with us as a customer. We had an engine replaced in our 2014 KIA Optima due to a recall. This was covered 100% by KIA's warranty and a recall for these engines which was great. However the experience dealing with Young KIA and their service department was a terrible experience. AND they still owe us $600 for a car rental reimbursement while our engine was being replaced and it's been like pulling teeth to get them to respond to me about getting our money. I typically do not write poor reviews, but had to on this one. Not only because of this poor experience in December 2021, but also with two other previous oil changes, they left our car a mess with oil all over the inside of our door, steering wheel and seats. In another instance, they said they rotated our tires along with the oil change, but they did not and lied about it. I will never go to this dealership again for service or to buy a car. Service customers beware! More

The mechanic took vacation 2 times and they obviously took the car to lunch on multiple occasions. As evidenced from dropping the car off with a half of tank of gas, now on empty with the light on. There were over 4 straw wrappers on the passenger seat floor along with dirt clods with “work boot” tread shapes. all of the handy wipes were gone and the empty canister had greasy smears all over the container. An air freshener spray was taken from the glove box and my Daughter said she was missing some change she had in the ashtray. The dealership would take numerous other cars in before completing our car. Our car was constantly put on the back burner while new cars took priority. This place is literally JOKE! Then to top things off, the alignment still pulled to the right, took it in and they checked it and said it was fine. Took the car to another service center to have the alignment done AGAIN and they showed where the problem was and fixed it. When I attempted to get a refund on the alignmen, providing the service manager with receipts and verification of the problem. He just ignored me. I then got in contact with the store manager and he assured me he would get in touch with me but never did. so this is absolutely pathetic that that won’t stand behind their service and they took so long to complete the service, while taking the car on their lunches. this is a deplorable service center and I absolutely advise everyone to go elsewhere for their car. Let my nightmare be your lesson. Terrible, terrible management and service center. STAY AWAY!!! More
