We had our best new car buying experience ever at Young Subaru this month!! Our salesperson, Ryan Newbold, was beyond AWESOME! He is the most knowledgeable salesperson we have ever met. He knows everything about Subarus, he answered questions correctly no matter what we asked him and he gave us information we had no idea about and I did a lot of research before we decided on buying our first Subaru. Impressive Ryan. Great job! Also, Ryan was extremely professional, friendly and genuine throughout the entire process. He was patient and stayed in touch with us over a couple of week period without any pressure. He was just there to help which he did excellently. We ended up buying our dream Subaru (2021 Subaru Forester Sport) in our favorite color and Ryan helped make it happen! We love it! As a dealership, Young Subaru was flexible and accommodating throughout the entire purchase process. We had a unique situation which made our purchase a little more complicated than normal and Young Subaru handled all of it perfectly and quickly. Our Finance Manager, Cameron Christensen, was also great! Both Cameron and Ryan made sure we understood all that was available in options and features and honored and accepted our decisions without pressure and we truly appreciated that. The customer service we received from start to finish was world class and now that we are Subaru owners, that world class service continues every time we call or visit. Everyone we have interacted with, including the Service Department (specifically Ammon Borup who was very professional, thorough and pleasant to work with), have been friendly, knowledgeable, and always made sure all of our questions were answered including any detailed specifications I asked for. Young Subaru is an EXCELLENT dealership that we feel we can trust. We are so glad we chose your dealership. That probably says it all right there because I personally have never felt that way about any dealership before. And thank you again Ryan for being awesome and making sure our car buying experience was positive in every way. We are very glad we made our purchase with you. I just had a consumption test on my Subaru done in Oct, as they conducted the test they did a complete inspection of the car and nothing was said to me the hour they had it nor when I paid and got my keys as they conducted the test they did a complete inspection of the car and nothing was said to me the hour they had it nor when I paid and got my keys. The next day I received an email with a video attached showing me the inspection and only mentioning that the ps oil was a little dark and that my brakes as well as fluid all looked new. The day after that I was in Tucson AZ, had driven the 1200 miles and called to give the dealer the info. Nothing was said about any issues at that time either. 2 more days pass and then I start getting e mails and texts from the dealer urging me to come in ASAP as they found something that urgentky needed to be fixed as it was unsafe to drive the car as it was. I called immediately and was told nothing showed in my file. The messages kept coming so I called again and was then told that my brakes were severely worn and the fluid was burned and had water in it. I mentioned all of what I mentioned before to include the video and was told that I was a liar and I was told multiple times that the brakes were bad. Needless to say they lost a customer and a complaint was filed through Subaru USA. Stopped receiving notifications from the dealer a day later. More

On Saturday September 19, 2020 I called and talked to Paul Smith at Young Subaru about wanting to find a Toyota Camry that was used and within an hour he called me back indicating that he was able to loc Paul Smith at Young Subaru about wanting to find a Toyota Camry that was used and within an hour he called me back indicating that he was able to locate one for me to come take a look at. He found me a 2012 Toyota Camry LE and I went looked at it and it was what I was looking for. Paul was professional, courteous and very helpful in servicing my needs. Later I found out he was just hired on as a salesman. Paul is a big asset to this company. I recommend him for helping you find your next car. Thanks Paul for helping my find a great car. More

Duped and thrown under the bus!!!!!!!!!!! Im 70 years old, I have purchased, or leased a few autos in my life. I've never been treated like this before. I leased a 2017 Outback, Touring model. About 3 months prior to lease end, Hanna, and Kelly from young started calling me, offering to take the car back early and promising great deals. I was about 10,000 miles under my limit, other than the wear on the tires there was no damage. They seemed happy to get the car back. They said they had buyers. After we couldn't reach a deal on a new one. The sales manager at Young told me there would be no problem moving that car, and other than the ware and tear there shouldn't be any other penalty. Three months later I get an invoice from Chase Bank for $2228.57. The letter stated that I was responsible for the remaining lease months, as well as cost of new tires. Subaru is a great car, but if I had to buy one from Young Subaru, Id buy out of state!!!!!!!!!! More
