This dealership has a relaxed and helpful atmosphere. They are customer oriented and there is no pressure to have recommended repairs. Love this dealership! Bought my car in February and everyone was and has been exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was a bit dissappointed that I had to pay the full price for the oil change and not the price for the express services just coz I included other services that needed to be performed on my car. I dont see the logic or reasoning for me paying the full price. I think this was the last time bringing my car to this nissan dealership for any services. I have had several really bad dealership service experiences in the past, where my vehicle was returned with oil stains and scratches inside and out. John and his team where great, they really went the extra mile to get the service done quickly while keeping the vehicle clean inside and out. Being a car enthusiast, I'm looking for a higher level of service then your typical dealership offers. Overall, the staff were very attentive and nice to work with. As my car was being serviced, John found several recall items that needed to be addressed and scheduled further service at my convenience. with. One problem has arisen, which John has said will be looked at on my next visit. I asked that the AC system be checked because of water dripping into the passenger compartment. They unplugged the condensate drain hole, but the problem has returned. Hopefully, they can correct the problem before I face mold/mildew issues. I will continue to have my car serviced @ Frederick Nissan. Thanks. More
