They took me immediately, provided an estimate on time and cost. Both were less than the estimate! What a pleasant surprise. Personnel was very helpful, service not very knowledgeable Brought our "new to us' 2013 Infiniti in for what seemed to be a simple issue of dash lights (traction and brake) coming on frequently. After several Brought our "new to us' 2013 Infiniti in for what seemed to be a simple issue of dash lights (traction and brake) coming on frequently. After several phone calls and an in person consult with the service manager our car was sent home with no repair being done. Once we got it home and did some research on our own, we added some brake fluid and remedied the situation ourselves. Really glad we fixed the problem but feel like the service department should have been able to take care of this right away. I am a little disappointed that Frederick Nissan does not seem to want to stand behind their sales. I sure hope this is not the case. In addition, the condition of our car when we got it back was terrible. We had some paint work done. There was overspray all over the back windshield and all over the back seat and inside of the back door. What happened to cleaning and washing the cars after service? What happened to real customer service? More

He never made me feel pressured to buy and never made me feel like I was missing an opportunity. When I came in to purchase he was readily available, kind, and cared about finding something within my budget. The college grad program is a great deal! I also got service done recently with Sergiu, he was AMAZING! I had been in twice before for oil change & his service was above and beyond. I pulled up & without any awkwardness he offered me what I needed for my car, again without making me feel pressured to purchase. He told me what was important & gave me a list of things to keep in mind for future visits. Overall he gave me a wait time that was ACCURATE! He didn't make me feel like I was an idiot, he explained everything in layman's terms. Awesome job!! More
