Service I would like to thank Allen for his customer service and professionalism during my last visit. I had a concern with squeaky brakes. The service tech I would like to thank Allen for his customer service and professionalism during my last visit. I had a concern with squeaky brakes. The service tech determined dust and dirt were causing the problem and gave me the cost to fix. I thought the cost was excessive. I also thought the cost to check for the issue was not fair as the tires had been pulled for rotation earlier during an oil change and rotation. He was very accommodating in waiving the fee and gave me a solution to remedy the squeaking. He made my visit great. Thank you Allen. More

Though I opted out of the full service being offered at that time, Sergio explained the benefits of such without trying to "sell" me the service. He gave me an excellent suggestion for my next service visit. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Why didn't I give this visit a 5 star - my hub cap was not replaced properly so I had to redo when I got home. More

I made the trip in five days with no problems of any kind. Upon return and 6500 miles later they again serviced my vehicle. Although there were things I was concerned about, they checked them and found everything to be OK and recommended I wait for the next scheduled service. This saved me sigqnificant money. They are always friendly and most importantly, they are honest. Sergiu Pricepa took care of me and as always treated me professionally and courteously. He is a credit to Younger. More

Great service team I have purchased 3 vehicles from Younger Nissan and can't say enough about the service team. They are all great to work with. My Xterra currently ha I have purchased 3 vehicles from Younger Nissan and can't say enough about the service team. They are all great to work with. My Xterra currently has over 100K miles and they keep it running great. They send me reminders to bring it in for normal maintenance and even though I could have this work done cheaper at other garages, it's the way they treat me that keeps me coming back. Power was out, but the people were not I dropped my car off for a one hour manufacturer recall requirement and an oil change. The job was done in the one hour, but electrical power was lim I dropped my car off for a one hour manufacturer recall requirement and an oil change. The job was done in the one hour, but electrical power was limited and the computer system was down so an invoice could not be generated. It took an additional hour for the power to be restored. At no time did Mr. Pricepa lose his composure or waste energy complaining; he simply did all he could to explain the situation. The problem was out of his control, but he did not come across angry or flustered. He was mature and responsible and I appreciated his calm attention to my situation. More
