pammyjell, we hear you loud and clear and recognize we have had a few logistic difficulties. We have grown so much and so fast over the last year it has been a challenge to keep up. However, with customer feedback such as yours, it has allowed up to see the importance of establishing changes with our Express Service. These change have been brought about over the last several weeks.
