I have purchased a lot of cars in the past and always would buy a car, and move on... not anymore! I went to Grossinger to have some service work preformed on my 2004 CTS. It was being very slugish on acceleration. I left my care for a inspection and went to work. Withen a hour, service manager Steve Parnow emailed me a video showing me what was wrong with my vehicle and a quote to fix it. I was very impressed with this and ordered the work done right away. They even helped me arrange for a loner vehicle over the phone. I got my car back and every thing was great. I would defiently recommend their services. More

I was very worried about going to a dealer to buy a new car.I have had so many bad experiences at so many other dealers that I just hate it. Jonathan did his best to get me into the car I wanted. The follow up, however, was not so good. Had problems with the sales contract, had to go in twice to get that fixed...then got stuck in a mess betwee The follow up, however, was not so good. I've had a couple of repairs done and I find their service department accomodating and professional. Over all I'm satisfied with my experiences, I just hope that the snafus I ran into during my purchase were the exception and NOT the rule. More

Probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehcile. The experience was for the most part positive. The one complaint I have is that the data sheet which had been on the back window was removed and we have never received a copy. Several requests have been complaint I have is that the data sheet which had been on the back window was removed and we have never received a copy. Several requests have been made for a copy but to no avail. Again, we would like to receive it. The salesman was observed removing it before the car was prepped for delivery. When questioned about it, he responded it was in the glove box but it was not. We informed Grossinger about this previously. If we had received it this probably be better than an OK rating. More
