This is the second automobile that I have purchased from Grossinger. My experience was much better this time. Grossinger did not have the selection of cars that I was looking for at the dealer. The salesman was able to find a car that met my specifications and had it delivered to Grossinger at the price that we agreed on. The time spent with the Finance department was kept to a minimum and he knew how to get through all paperwork in great time. The finance department was able to get me the same interest rate that was being offered by GMAC. The test drive was what sold me on buying the Buick LaCross and the salesman delivered the rest. My secondary reason for using Grossinger is their location is the closest to my work and if servicing is needed I can get transportation to work when necessary. On delivery of the car, a few marks were pointed out and the salesman had them rubbed out and they disappeared. More

This van is a critical component of our Summer Transition Program, as it provides transportation for our participants between the various work, community, and leisure destinations that comprise this program. This much-needed program could not have taken place without an appropriate vehicle to transport our participants. Please express our appreciation as well, to the wonderful staff at Grossinger that forwarded our request to you and managed the details involved in procuring the van for pick-up in June. Craig Andrea, the first person we spoke to at Grossinger was most gracious in agreeing to meet with me when I visited the dealership, and then forwarding on our request to you directly.
