Cannot take them at their word We called ahead to ensure a used vehicle we wanted to look at was available to test drive and were told it would be ready when we arrived the next mor We called ahead to ensure a used vehicle we wanted to look at was available to test drive and were told it would be ready when we arrived the next morning. We drove over an hour to the dealership to discover it was sold. No one told us even though they had all of our contact information. It took over 30 minutes for them even to let us know it wasn't there. We test drove a different vehicle that we were told by their salesman, Victor, came with a 100,000 mile, 10 year warranty. He said he personally worked with Honda to get it since the vehicle was in such good condition. After we wrote a check to purchase it we found out when completing the paperwork that Victor mislead me and there was no warranty at all. It was very unprofessional and disappointing that he just tried to shake it off. He "helped" us to get a warranty at a lower price, but still took another $2,000 out of our pockets. I really like to believe people at their word, but I can not longer believe anything the people at this Honda dealership say without having to get it in writing. I left the dealership feeling that they just try to lure you in, sell you whatever they can, and don't care if the way the do it is unethical. More
