After Nicole called to set up an appointment, I checked out Service Bulletin 19-013 on the internet, and it has been resolved under warranty . I didn't remove the rear seats to check, but I was told that the protective pump cover was also installed, and that the pump fitting does not leak. However, I previously brought the vehicle in to have the heater fan switch checked. It runs at less than the set speed, regardless of the setting, and unpredictably fires up to full speed while I am driving. The same thing happened when the air conditioning was being used in hot weather. I was told that it was because the fan setting was on AUTO, and that the fan switch operates on a demand basis -- the temperature control determines the appropriate fan speed. I switched back to manual control, and there has been no change The heater fan output is still anemic when the speed setting is at max, and out of the blue starts sounding like a jet engine when the afterburners are engaged, so I still believe that there's a problem with the switch. The hangup, of course, is that the problem is intermittent, and unpredictable. More

Horrible service, no attention to detail I purchased my Civic from Racine Honda in 2014. My car is blue, but it was registered incorrectly as a red car by the sales team. Right off the bat, this dealership caused me headache as I now have to deal with the DMV and pay an unnecessary fee to get the registration fixed. I had my first couple service appointments done at Racine Honda before I moved to Madison in 2015. All of the service employees were very standoffish, generally unhelpful, and unkind. I am so glad I moved, because I get great customer service at Zimbrick Honda in Madison. You should send your “all new experience” sign to Zimbrick, since it would actually be accurate at their dealership. Unfortunately, I had little choice but to go to Racine Honda on Saturday, February 4th, 2019 while I was in town visiting family. There was a plastic covering hanging from the underbody of my car and scraping the ground, so I reluctantly went to the nearest Honda dealership. In hindsight, I would have rather driven 100 miles to Zimbrick Honda to have the repair done. Not surprisingly, my experience was terrible. My dad’s name is on the title to my car as well as my own name. I understand the initial confusion, but even after clarifying that my name is Sam and not Mike, I was referred to as Mike by both the associate and the general manager. There is no attention to detail at this dealership, going all the way back to the registration mistake. When I came to pick up my car, the associate handed me my papers as she was on the phone without saying a word to me. Finally, she hung up and just walked away before I could even ask where to pay and what work was done to fix my car. I tried following her into the showroom, but she walked right out the front door. At this point, I explained the situation to a salesman who approached me and asked if I had been helped. I received a rude response from him, sarcastically asking “Where do you expect to pick up your vehicle?”. At this point, I got into a heated argument with him because of his attitude towards me. The general manager, Matt Douvikas, approached me and brought me into his office. I explained to Matt all my frustrations, going back to the initial sales process. He tracked down the service associate and brought me over to speak with her about my concerns. Once again, I was referred to as Mike. My name is Sam. Finally, this survey was sent to my father, Mike. Even when asking for a review, you guys can’t get details correct. I am Sam, and clarified my contact information with everyone at the dealership before I left. Your service is so bad that my parents take their Honda Odyssey to the Kia dealership across the street. They’ve been very happy with their experience at Kia, and that’s where I will be going should I have an urgent need in Racine again. More
Gracie is AWESOME and goes Above and Beyond! Gracie is the best! She knew exactly what I was looking for. Very disappointed - Not trust worthy dealersheip We were shopping for a 2018 CR-V EX in a specific color and found one at Racine Honda. We went to the dealership to found issues with the vehicle. T We were shopping for a 2018 CR-V EX in a specific color and found one at Racine Honda. We went to the dealership to found issues with the vehicle. They assured us to locate another vehicle within their dealerships in couple of days if I made a deposit of $500. We agreed on the price and I left a deposit. Three days later we went to the dealership and the vehicle which was supposed to there was not there, other sales person sold it by mistake. But they offered 2019 model CR-V at slightly higher price which was agreed upon. After couple of hours when it was time to sign the papers with Finance, what a shocker: they sand-bagged the out of door price by additional charge. Finance Manager was rude to point of being obnoxious. Ofcourse we did not buy the vehicle, and also got our deposit back. Nevertheless they wasted our time and left a very bad impression of the dealership. More
