Unstressful car buying experience! Nate Castillo greeted me immediately upon arrival, was friendly and considerate, and did everything he could to make the trade-in/purchase of a new ve Nate Castillo greeted me immediately upon arrival, was friendly and considerate, and did everything he could to make the trade-in/purchase of a new vehicle move quickly and painlessly. (Well, it was a little painful for him at the end as my rear license plate bolts were heavily rusted to the license plate and put up a good fight but Nate kept at them until they came off!) Everyone I was in contact with at the dealership was very nice. Mike in Finance sped through the paperwork quickly and there were no extras thrown in like some other dealers try to do. The number I agreed to before signing anything was the number I ended up with at the end. What a relief (no Auto Butler or window etching was attempted to be forced on me like at another dealer!). I would definitely use this dealership along with Nate for my next Honda purchase (which would be Honda #6). Love my new HR-V EX! More

Fast, Friendly and Fair I'm not normally one to take the time to write a review, but Racine Honda seriously impressed me so I want to recognize them for it. The service department was flexible when I needed to reschedule and had some pretty major work completed on my van the day after I dropped it off. They explained the issues in a way I could understand and were not pushy about any unnecessary extras. I'm really happy with the way they treated me through the whole process and the prices were fair. I will definitely be taking both of my vehicles here for any work needed in the future.
