I presented a coupon mailed to me by Honda with assurance that it would be applied as well as commitment that she would search for additional coupon; no coupons were applied. The impression received was that when I did not authorize the almost $2000 in repairs; service associate no longer had time for me. As a long time repeat customer, I am thoroughly disappointed and will be seeking service elsewhere. More
