I'm assuming they actually did the oil change they charged me for but the oil life monitor in the car wasn't reset so it was at the same 30% as when I had brought it in. I'm sure they changed the oil but a little detail like that can make someone wonder. Not a HUGE deal but you kind of expect the car gets washed, it was dirtier than when I brought it in. Also I have a little garbage container that fits in the cup holder of my car that was knocked over so...just some little (admittedly knit-picky things) but it doesn't give the consumer the best feeling about the dealership at the end of the day. More
