Very clean environment with friendly staff who greet you quickly, but not pushy if you want to browse the lot. During my son's financial explanations by Mike (warranty guy) I mentioned looking for an Audi r quickly, but not pushy if you want to browse the lot. I did not purchase the Audi but I did find a beautiful, sporty Nissan Maxima which fit exactly my style and need. My Sales person, Felicia Williams was phenomenal. Ms. Williams really listened to the type of car and amenities which interested me. She immediately grabbed two keys and took me to the cars which fit my search. I chose one of those cars to purchase. According to KBB, the car was at a great price for amenities and mileage. Ms. Williams presented above and beyond expectations. The dealership IS a little pushy on you purchasing additional packages such as Lojack and the Zeigler Seat and Paint Repair however, I am completely satisfied with my car purchase and treatment. Was trying to buy a 2018 BMW 340 38,500 was the price of the vehicle. The salesman Tried to sell me a package that the salesman said was included in the sell price of vehicle, they offered me 2,000 under wh the vehicle. The salesman Tried to sell me a package that the salesman said was included in the sell price of vehicle, they offered me 2,000 under what KBB estimated my cars worth, with the options and miles etc. Then they added a bunch of unnecessary fees, I was expecting a 6-650 car payment, which would have been ok. They told me 875/month... and my credit is well through the mid- 700's, and I was willing to put a 1-2k down payment they were not willing and to work with me at ALL the car drove fine, but it was DISGUSTING, an associate was demoing it, you'd think they'd at least keep it somewhat clean-not at all. At the end I said I wanted to pay the sell price of the car with fees and taxes the usual, they did not want to work with me on that either. I am happily going to take my business elsewhere. Very diss appointed with my experience here. Going to steer all my friends and family away from this place. Good luck. More
