Ziegler response does not fix the gross negligence in the delivery of my Nissan Murano! If this type of flat tire occurred away from mechanics, I would have had a lot more difficulty! Nothing but excuses from Ziegler! They should have provided me with a jack and lug wrench when I visited them to advise them of the situation!
