I will not do business with this dealership in the future. I was disrespected and disregarded from the time I entered the dealership until I left. I ordered car mats online called to ensure they were future. I was disrespected and disregarded from the time I entered the dealership until I left. I ordered car mats online called to ensure they were available and arrived to pick them up. No one greeted me when I entered and someone lead me to a service area where no one was working. After standing there waiting I was eventually told to go to the other service window around the corner. As I stood there both employees ignored me. An employee finally asked for my order # and retrieved the car mats and asked for my drivers license. He then told me to sign the receipt. As I was signing the receipt he informed me that he was going to make a copy of my driver's license. I said no that is not necessary I'm only picking up car mats. So I refused to allow my license to be copied so he refused to give me the mats that I had already paid for online. I then requested a refund and asked for a manager. The sales manager that was on duty on 7/7/21 was rude and wasn't helpful. As I was walking to my car he followed behind me telling me to leave which I was already doing since my refund had been initiated. I am currently awaiting my refund. This entire ordeal was a waste of my time and was Ridiculous.... I will never return to this dealership. More

By far, Djamal's demeanor was absolutely the best encountered. I was very happy when I saw the vehicle in person. When you know what you want, you go after it. I pushed on a few things and it worked out for me. The Finance Manager, Kenny Keelen, Jr. also found a great lender for me that included an additional warranty - one that covers more than just the powertrain. I felt like Djamal and Kenny had my best interest in heart - yes, of course, selling me a car benefits them - however, I felt like Djamal heard me and my asks and did what he could to make them happen. At the end of the buying process, I drove away very happy with the deal I got and, more importantly, the customer service I received. Oftentimes, customer service itself can make or break a deal.
