As a returning Nissan owner, I made an appointment to see a used Rogue 35 miles away, only to find they had shipped it out to be detailed after talking to Caryn that very morning. It was identical to mine bu a used Rogue 35 miles away, only to find they had shipped it out to be detailed after talking to Caryn that very morning. It was identical to mine but two years newer and 30k fewer miles. An hour later it came back and they quoted my car $6000 under kbb and said take it or leave it that’s what it’s going to be. They wanted me to pay $15k with my trade in! ZERO negotiation from Finance department. I feel bad for Antoine my Sales Associate—he was wonderful! What kind of dealership doesn’t even negotiate on price? Finance actually said, “we aren’t worried about there being a shortage of inventory.” DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Lastly, don’t show me a Dealer Certified car that has a mirror cracked into 17 pieces! I question their certification... was it also in an accident? More

Be up front about the pricing of the vehicles on the lot. If you're going to sell used vehicles of brands other than the ones you're capable of certifying, offer a warranty for them. Don't try to make excuses and say that they may not have reset the oil life on the car, it clearly wasn't done. More
