I went into the dealership and had seen the vehicles I wanted to see on line. When I got onto the lot, a very nice sales rep came out and asked if he could help me. I told him thanks but I wanted to brow wanted to see on line. When I got onto the lot, a very nice sales rep came out and asked if he could help me. I told him thanks but I wanted to browse till I found the cars I was looking for. He then told me to look all I wanted and let him know if i needed help. Once I found the vehicles I wanted to see I went inside and found a young man named DaVaughn who was super helpful and he brought the cars up for my wife and I to view. We then drove the car and a deal was made quickly with no high pressure or stress. They were very flexible and willing to make a deal. I was very impressed with the process and the ease of our stay. The only drawback was the wait to finish the deal. our sales rep DaVaughn could Not have represented the company better. More

certain sales people were pushy I feel that we could have received a better deal on our car. Tires on car was bald. Had to insist we get new ones otherwise no deal. Had to constantly wait for him to come back. He did not follow through with promises. Like filling the car with gas and having paperwork done when he said it would be. At the end of the deal we were asked for another piece of personal information that was not needed and refused to give it, as this was a cash deal, salesman got very huffy and told us he would be right back with our money, since he could not sell us this car and stormed out. When he was leaving I told him okay, give us our money back. He returned a short time later without our money and a different attitude. We liked the car enough to buy it, but will not return to this dealership. More
