I mentioned to him I was going through a credit union and he recommended to pull my credit to lower my rate which I was more than grateful for as they beat the rate by 1.3%. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR JOHN K, I can assure you myself you will not regret it as he was very genuine and straight to the point which caught me by surprise as the 3 other dealers before that told me the vehicle was there only to find out all 3 of those dealerships were doing the typical bait and switch which I expected the same at Zeigler but John took me by surprise by just confirming it was there. The atmosphere is very friendly in there with employees just simply coming up to me to make sure I was being taken care of. I love my new car and I am sending anyone in the market for a vehicle to John as he spent a lot of time with us and he has a great personality with a sense of humor which I never found a salesman that cares about his customers like John did as the other dealers assumed because I was alone and a female that they can just simply take advantage of me like that which was the biggest reason why I left the other dealers as the internet has everything nowadays and 1 of the dealers tried to add a $3200 FEE to which they could not explain why I was being charged for that which they said the certified warranty was the reason and I told them to take off that warranty and I was told it comes with the vehicle which was never explained when I first called them over the phone. So thank you Zeigler Nissan and John K for the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
