Disappointed! Lug nuts not tightened on front wheel I left the service department and I had a really bad wheel wobble. I got out of my car to discover that the lug nuts on the front driver side were loo I left the service department and I had a really bad wheel wobble. I got out of my car to discover that the lug nuts on the front driver side were loose and not tightened down. I had to tighten them. Very dangerous I had my six year old child with me and praise God that the wheel did not come off! More

I asked for pricing to be emailed to me, and a price was emailed to me that I didn’t qualify for, but no questions were asked about what I did qualify for. It was also not made clear that if I took any discounts, I was no longer able to get the best financing option (0%) that they advertised. It felt like a lot of bait and switch going on and it made me very uncomfortable. But I loved the car and that’s really what it came down to. I still am convinced I could have gotten a better price somewhere else, even if it wasn’t Nissan. More
