I had a lot of scheduled maintenance that was due. the repair bills was rather large. Adam worked with me to get to a better price point and still do all the needed maintenance. Keith made the entire process a breeze. I came in to test drive a few cars and he made me feel comfortable and welcome. I was honest and told him I was visiting multiple dealerships to test I came in to test drive a few cars and he made me feel comfortable and welcome. I was honest and told him I was visiting multiple dealerships to test drive multiple cars and he didn't push (this was not the case at a few other places). I returned to test drive a Nissan Sentra again and he was nothing but smiles and support. At this point, I had narrowed it down to two cars: the Nissan Sentra and another from another dealership. I brought my husband back for the 3rd test drive and we decided to go with the Nissan because of Keith. He was supportive and NOT pushy, he answered all our questions clearly and we felt he honestly cared about us. Car buying isn't a fun process, but Keith made the experience excellent! More
