Disappointed! Lug nuts not tightened on front wheel I left the service department and I had a really bad wheel wobble. I got out of my car to discover that the lug nuts on the front driver side were loo I left the service department and I had a really bad wheel wobble. I got out of my car to discover that the lug nuts on the front driver side were loose and not tightened down. I had to tighten them. Very dangerous I had my six year old child with me and praise God that the wheel did not come off! More

Zeigler beat them out just in m Ok i have been to both in local area and between Zeigler Orland Park Nissan and Hawkinson Nissan of Matteson Illinois? Zeigler beat them out just in my purchase for a standard oil change and tire rotation only spent $28.00! John from service offered coupons versus Hawkinson last time i had service done nothing was offered nor any discounts applied which cost $40. So definitely won me over Zeigler and customer service was top notch! Will be coming back and recommending Zeigler for future services. More
