Mr. Anthony was my very kind, patient service greeter. He listened intently to what I had to say about a noise I heard in my air/heart fan. Whenever I bring my car in for scheduled maintenance, it seems I always get Mr Anthony, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE MET WITH HIM, HE HAS TREATED BE WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT, AND KINDNESS, WITH A TON OF PATIENCE ADDED INTO HIS DEMEANOR FOR GOOD MEASURE! I saw Mr. JAMES, who was wearing a Ziegler T-shirt while he was standing in line in the service area waiting room. I had a question about an employee's name. He took time to answer my question without making me feel like I was bothering him. Thank you Mr. Anthony and Mr. James, as well as the unknown Service Technician who worked on my car, for making my visit a pleasant one. Looking for the safest, best car on the road today?
