I bought a new 2023 wilderness which is still under warranty and have experienced the absolute worst customer service I could ever have had. The past experience was the worst! My service advisor Ace h warranty and have experienced the absolute worst customer service I could ever have had. The past experience was the worst! My service advisor Ace has contacted me once in the going on 4 weeks my car has been in service. Ace was rude arrogant and there has been one communication in 4 weeks! Subura advocate contacted me two weeks ago to tell me they had started a case with this vehicle due to the number of problems we have had and they could not find the issue. Michael with Subaru advocacy x 119121 was as generic and non communicative as possible and had absolutely no solution! I received generic emails and 1 voicemail which was non interactive and generic. This dealership and Subaru should be ashamed of the customer service or lack of customer service. It is going on 4 weeks and I still have not heard from Zeigler Subaru! I would give them a -1 rating More

We had our figures and new what we were looking for. Negotiation was pleasant, staff is close and well informed. Three hours to close and going back in two weeks for tech education. One of the best car purchasing experiences I've had. Not pressuring. And I was shocked that the prices and payments I had researched online actually held 100% true at the dealership. AND, I was actually able to afford the next level trim package for only a minimal increase in my payment. They offer the best lease and finance options we've seen. I've been so used to the "bait and switch" that makes everyone dread buying a car. It was refreshing to have a dealership that didn't play that game. So happy with leasing my car through this dealership. More
