So easy. Made my appointment on line, drove into the service department and was greeted by a nice young man (can't remember his name). 1. Registered my car incorrectly. Had to go to the DMV during the winter and COVID. Wasted 3 hours of my life and countless phone calls. 2. Left my car completely greased up after a service and had to during the winter and COVID. Wasted 3 hours of my life and countless phone calls. 2. Left my car completely greased up after a service and had to replace interior trim pieces for scratches. 3. Performed services work that was supposed be covered under warranty, charged my for it anyway. Still waiting on my refund 3 weeks later. The management is apathetic and simply lie to you to get you off the phone... They're even classier in person. (sarcasm) and the service department has severe operational issues. You have to escalate issues to Subaru of America for any traction. It's a complete hassle. So disappointing. I wish I could give no stars. More

Every visit is a revenue and profit opportunity for the service department. Promised senior discount did not appear on the bill. $1200 of routine maintenance wasn’t sufficient. $1000 additional for a whee service department. I used to go to the Subaru dealer in Libertyville. Being that I live in gurnee, and had enough terrible experiences there, I wanted to try a new location. My last experience was great, up until it was time to pay. First, I was not a where of the 3.5% charge if using my credit card, and second the woman was out of line with me when I told I was going to pay. First, I was not a where of the 3.5% charge if using my credit card, and second the woman was out of line with me when I told I was going to pay cash. She said"" you are lucky you can do that, some can not." I said "this was my grocery money.". She said" well maybe the grocery store will not charge you 3.5%."! She had no idea about my situation and further more no business to assume! She made a good experience go bad. More
