I loved my last Suberu forester and had to buy one again. My last one saved my life so no other car will do. I delt with Anthony and Derek both were very kind and understanding. When I got there the Suberu I saw on line was driving away. It was sold. I saw a 2015 and bought that one. I’m giving you 4 1/2 stars only because on my way home I found out my horn didn’t work and my drivers side door didn’t work with the fob. Was also missing the fuse panel cover and I need that so I know what the fuses go to. I do have a question about my my paperwork I will need to address with someone on Monday. Your service department gets 5 stars. More
I brought our 2014 Legacy in for a check up and Rachel rattled off about $5k worth of repairs. I tried to tell her we were only going to do what was really necessary for the time being but she thought the rattled off about $5k worth of repairs. I tried to tell her we were only going to do what was really necessary for the time being but she thought they all had to be done. Needless to say, we fixed $2k for now. Seemed odd that all those fluids and bulbs all needed to be replaced at the same time. I'm not sure if it was Mile or Adam who seemed to understand our situation. More

Misrepresent and misguid their customers. Normally my experience is amazing but I was less than impressed with the evening service representative and mechanic trying to trick me into thinking my car had many leaks coming from bolts (which bolts impressed with the evening service representative and mechanic trying to trick me into thinking my car had many leaks coming from bolts (which bolts don’t leak) and needed a major repair. Granted it was heavy rain driving to the service appointment and they were not clear about the issue just kept saying it needed to be done ASAP. I took my WRX to the other side of the state and my mechanic told me that they were trying to upsell an unnecessary repair since I was female and didn’t know any better. There has yet to be a leak even placing down cardboard to double check. In the future I will only be going with the day shift and the service center representatives that have always been amazing and very professional. More
