At my last service appointment, Rachel Johnson-Haase, Service Advisor went beyond the call of duty offering to call Subaru America for my benefit to voice my extreme disappointment regarding a major mechanical issue that was found by their tech during a recall repair. I am very grateful to Rachel and Service Manager, Matt Rydberg for their concern for my safety and all they did to take care of my issue. I have had all my service done at Kenosha Subaru from day one and will continue to do so because of the wonderful, caring and knowledgeable staff in the Service Department. Through the years, Matt and his entire staff of Service Advisors have always let me know how much they appreciate my business plus do an outstanding job. More

While we did purchase our new Forester at Kenosha Subaru, we were very disappointed that they wouldn't consider the Kelly Blue Book value of our Impreza trade-in. As we didn't want to place ourselves in additional jeopardy by going to other dealerships, we completed the purchase, but they've lost our business. This was by far the best car buying experience my husband and I have had in 50 years. We stopped by at Kenosha Subaru after we had had a Subaru Outback as a rental car for a trip out West. We were so impressed with the car that we decided we wanted one for our very own. We were impressed by the car, but just as much, we were impressed by the staff at Kenosha Subaru. We met Stephanie when we first arrived and she showed us the new Subarus and answered all our questions. I don't think there was one thing she didn't know about the Subaru Outback. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. She indicated that she'd assist us when we were ready to pick out one to purchase. Four weeks later, we have our own Subaru and couldn't be happier. Salespeople like Stephanie are rare and she definitely deserves the support and appreciation of her management team and the Kenosha organization. We'll be back for another Subaru in a few years and we'll be looking to have Stephanie help us. More
