It was a bit expensive yet worth the quality. I brought my crosstrek in for a recall notice on the brake light switch. Then also to get an oil change. Free Exterior Car Wash was ok but could have been better considering everything. Overall great service yet pricey and could be better. Perhaps some more attention to customer concerns would be appreciated to help find a solution.. More

very disappointing after three previous visits customer service appears to lost focus, service writer dropped the ball, got sidetracked, forgot my vehicle completely! Issue with battery Couldn’t get in for an oil change before our trip, so scheduled for when we returned. Day before trip the car didn’t start/turn over just right. Surprised since it’s a 2017 Forester, with 29k miles. Auto Zone tested for free and said ‘low batter charge’. We called Subaru at 5pm and explained to Ace /Adam Salinas the situation. He said ‘if you can be here in a half hour, we’ll look at it. If it’s the battery we’ll replace it right away.’ Well, he did and they replaced the battery immediately, and no charge. Impressed with his friendly and quick response to our issue when we asked to speak to someone about our problem. We appreciated their service and approx 30 min turnaround time. And thrilled we didn’t get stranded on vacation. Wasn’t expecting to get in same night but very thankful we did! Thanks- much appreciated. More
Not cheated this time. They were okay this time. I had to use you, because I bought my tires from you. I had several oil consumption tests, and my crankcase was overfilled t They were okay this time. My oil light comes on 2000 miles before the oil change is due. I believe, they did not to want to fix the problem, so they overfilled my car. I do not trust your service dept.anymore, until this happened, I thought you guys were trustworthy, not anymore. If I buy another Subaru, it will not be from you, I will find another dealer. I complained abut this at your shop and to Subaru, no response from either of you. Doug Sity More

I like the techs, but the costs are high and not worth it I have had 4 cars over the course of my lifetime and when I bought my Outback, I thought I would continue to do everything at the dealer to ensure my I have had 4 cars over the course of my lifetime and when I bought my Outback, I thought I would continue to do everything at the dealer to ensure my car was taken care of correctly. I have always appreciated the techs, the communication, the car wash, but the costs are really high. Right now, I am not that happy with my Outback. It is leaking oil at 91,000 miles. My Plymouth Colt had 200,000 miles, no issues. My used Honda Accord had 150,000 miles, no issues. My Toyota Camry had 130,000 miles no issues. So the fact that my Outback has so fewer miles and has already developed a serious problem that I have to monitor and that if it needs to get fixed will cost around $4000.00 there is pretty upsetting. My guess is that I will stop using the dealership, find a local repair place and not buy another Subaru when the time comes. Again, this is not a reflection on the techs, but is terribly disappointing when I have tried to do everything with the dealership, spent a lot more money on repairs and general service and it has gotten me nowhere. More
