We came in to look at a particular car we had seen online. Our contact person was Christian R. He contacted me and we set an appt. When we got to the dealership, he had the car parked in front. He was very personable and spent plenty of time with us discussing the car. We also test drove it with him. He was courteous and was able to tell us all the pertinent information about this car. We had shared that we were very likely to order a similar car, but from our local dealer, where we service our Subaru cars. Christian did an excellent job and is an asset to this dealership. More
I recently drove over an hour to look at an Acadia and was immediately approached by Taylor Rice and had the absolute best experience with him and then we had to deal with Joe Shane who claimed to be the was immediately approached by Taylor Rice and had the absolute best experience with him and then we had to deal with Joe Shane who claimed to be the manager but their website just shows him as a Team Lead. He was extremely condescending, rude, laughed at me, refused to give me the name and the phone number of the "only man above him in charge" and told me I would need to get it from their website. I asked him 3 times for his name and number and he told me even his boss told him to tell me to get it from the website and not give it to me. I wrote his name down so that I could remember and with a smirk he said "you can write my name and number down all you want" I was honestly shocked and disgusted with how I was treated. He made a degrading comment about the amount of the monthly payment we could afford as he was clearly upset that we were offended by the trade in offer and that how they do not negotiate on any of their car prices as they are priced to sell. Do not waste your time with this dealership. More
I’ve had my 2020 Ascent in service for the same issue 9 or 10 times now. They can’t figure out what’s causing it and now just want to give the car back to me without finding the issue or fixing it.
