I think the dealership did fine. Not real happy with my Forester at the moment however. I mentioned this before I bought it but was told it shouldn't be anything to worry about. Well, to me it is and feels worse than it did. It may be fine when the roads aren't slick, but it could cause me to slam into the rear end of a car when it is. That problem, and the air conditioner seems to get warm when going around a corner. At this point, I'm just not real happy with it. The car only has 1000 miles on it. I'll let the dealership look at it soon first before I decide what to do. More

My first and only service since purchasing my car. Your oil change charge was for $79.00. I can get it done locally for $59 which includes tire rotation and fluid checks. I was given your “free” car wash that left bird droppings on the windshield and ALL the dirt on the back of the car....that part was not washed at all! More

We met with Robert Ramirez to look at a 2021 Subaru Forester and he explained all the options available for us to choose from and based on our answers he had a 2021 Forester Premium that had only 4300 Forester and he explained all the options available for us to choose from and based on our answers he had a 2021 Forester Premium that had only 4300 miles available which was in excellent condition. We test drove the vehicle while Robert had our 2012 vehicle appraised for a trade in on the Forester. We were offered a very good amount for our used vehicle and we purchased the 2021 Forester. New vehicles are in short supply right now due to the pandemic and Robert made sure we found the right vehicle by spending time with us to determine what we needed. We will recommend Robert Ramirez and Bob Rohrman Subaru to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle base on our great experience in purchasing a new car. More
