I’m in the shop frequently for service and there’s a few details to note. First, there’s a very heavy turnover in advisor staff so that certainly makes you wonder how positive the employees environment is. details to note. First, there’s a very heavy turnover in advisor staff so that certainly makes you wonder how positive the employees environment is. Second, I get the same two combos of service, synthetic oil change, and oil change and tire rotation, but somehow every time I pay the price is different. Every time. Third, I requested a price quote to instal parts I already purchased, and was very disappointed that a $25 charge would occur for a five minute task. Fourth, scheduling an appointment is essentially worthless. No matter what the wait time is longer than it should be. Fifth, for as busy as they are, why do they only have so few advisors checking in customers, and handling calls. It’s impossible to get in or out, or to call without substantial wait times. And finally, attend to detail is questionable. I’ve become accustomed to reminding the advisor to have techs check items specifically that are supposed to be part of a multipoint inspection such as fluids and tire pressure. More
