Had my car for two weeks. Recognized there is an issue but because their computers can’t detect the issue they just gave it back and said to bring it back if something else ha Recognized there is an issue but because their computers can’t detect the issue they just gave it back and said to bring it back if something else happens, “we don’t know what’s wrong with it, data collected from our drive that we submitted comes back as okay”. Umm okay so your technicians say something is wrong they experienced the issues themselves but since the computer isn’t throwing issues. Nothing is done. Ridiculous More

I have had multiple problems with my 2020 Subaru forester. Repeatedly in and out of the service center in Lafayette. I felt like they were giving me the run around. I finally went to Carmel and stil forester. Repeatedly in and out of the service center in Lafayette. I felt like they were giving me the run around. I finally went to Carmel and still had problems with my car, but the service center is much more efferent and had great communication. I just had my driver side window switch replaced and it is already giving me problems. Ugh. More
