If it wasn’t for the staff I won’t even give one star. The reception/check in staff was great. After looking at the repairs that were made i found several bolts loose including the ground on the battery. The reception/check in staff was great. Had my car for two weeks. Recognized there is an issue but because their computers can’t detect the issue they just gave it back and said to bring it back if something else ha Recognized there is an issue but because their computers can’t detect the issue they just gave it back and said to bring it back if something else happens, “we don’t know what’s wrong with it, data collected from our drive that we submitted comes back as okay”. Umm okay so your technicians say something is wrong they experienced the issues themselves but since the computer isn’t throwing issues. Nothing is done. Ridiculous More
