Setting the appt was easy, and when I showed up, they had my info ready, took my keys and said I could wait in the waiting area. I did, they texted me after about 5 min or so with instructions to message the my info ready, took my keys and said I could wait in the waiting area. Went and grabbed my keys, they went over the inspection ticket, and I was on my way. Completely effortless. Couldn't be better. More

I've taken my car in three times in the last two months. Each time the dealership keeps the car for nearly two weeks, trying different things to fix the problem. All three times the same issue occurs again Each time the dealership keeps the car for nearly two weeks, trying different things to fix the problem. All three times the same issue occurs again within 24 hours of leaving the dealership. Minimal communication occurs while they have the car, usually with me having to call to get updates, but at least we got a loaner car free of charge this last time. Still, three visits and over $1,000 later and we still have the same problem we started with so this service center gets a 1 star review. More
