When my car was serviced, I noticed that the technician had checked boxes on the detailed report that he had not done. He checked saying the tire pressure was OK, but my tires were over inflated from the had checked boxes on the detailed report that he had not done. He checked saying the tire pressure was OK, but my tires were over inflated from the winter months after having to add air due to the cold. Tire pressure was at 38 on 3 tires and 39 on the fourth. It should have been 35 psi. He also checked that he had checked the cabin air filter and said it was fine, but it was filthy and needed replaced. It makes you wonder if there were other items that were just checked off and not done. Was the oil filter actually changed?? Also, their car wash is always broken so they never wash your car and did not vacuum the interior. I'm very skeptical of them now. More
