My first and only service since purchasing my car. Your oil change charge was for $79.00. I can get it done locally for $59 which includes tire rotation and fluid checks. When you reset the computer, it messed up my computer settings and I had to come back to have someone fix it. I was given your “free” car wash that left bird droppings on the windshield and ALL the dirt on the back of the car....that part was not washed at all! More

One of your employees cross threaded 2of my studs so I had to break one off to get my tire off I was not very happy also they can’t seem to get the air pressure in the tires right every time it when in had to break one off to get my tire off I was not very happy also they can’t seem to get the air pressure in the tires right every time it when in for service. Very slow service you can expect to be there 4 hours for what should only take an hour unless my car has a recall I’ll go somewhere else More
